Short version: if you subscribe, your email is used only to send the newsletter, and you can leave at any time. Visits are counted without cookies. No ads, and we never sell your data.
1Who we are
This website (artoffighters.com) belongs to Art of Fighters. For anything about your data, write to info@artoffighters.com.
2Newsletter
If you subscribe, we collect your email address and nothing else. We use it only to send the Art of Fighters newsletter: shows, releases and merch drops, about one mail a month.
The list is managed by MailerLite, which stores the addresses and sends the emails on our behalf. The sign-up form on the main page is loaded from MailerLite, so MailerLite also receives your IP address when the page opens. We don't share your address with anyone else.
MailerLite also records whether an email is opened and which links are clicked, so we know what interests you.
To stop spam bots, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA (the «I'm not a robot» box). When the page opens, Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.
Legal basis: your consent, given with the box you tick when you subscribe.
Leaving: every email has an unsubscribe link, or just write to info@artoffighters.com. We keep your address while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe it stays marked as unsubscribed, so you don't get our mails again. Ask us and we delete it completely.
3Visit statistics
We count visits with Metricool. When you open the main page, it receives the page address, the size of your screen and the page you came from (for example Instagram). It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Like any request on the internet, Metricool also sees your IP address.
We use this only to know how many people visit and where they come from. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the page is used.
4Content from other services
- Fonts: the main page loads a typeface from Google Fonts. When it loads, Google receives your IP address.
- Spotify player: the player on the main page is loaded from Spotify. When it loads, Spotify receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, as described in Spotify's privacy policy.
- Links: the buttons take you to other sites (Instagram, Spotify, the store and others). Once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.
5Hosting
The site is hosted by SupportHost. Like every web server, it may keep technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site safe and running.
6Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to get a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@artoffighters.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
